Delete your Airport Mojo: Shops & lounges account and data
This page applies to the Airport Mojo: Shops & lounges Android app (package com.candlestudios.airportinfo).
Delete your Airport Mojo account in the app
- Open Airport Mojo.
- Tap your profile picture, then open Profile Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.
Deletion is permanent and starts immediately. You do not need to contact support.
Request deletion without using the app
Email contact@tripmojo.ai from the address linked to your Airport Mojo account. Use the subject “Airport Mojo data deletion request” and say whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific data (for example, a review, review photo, flight watch, or profile information). We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on the request.
What is deleted
- Your Airport Mojo profile and preferences.
- Your saved flight watches, alerts, notification tokens, and blocked-traveller list.
- Your Airport Mojo reviews and uploaded review photos.
- Other personal data associated only with your Airport Mojo account.
What may be retained
Completed eSIM or other purchase records may be retained after being disconnected from your account where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, or other legal obligations. Security and abuse-prevention records may also be retained when necessary to protect the service. Encrypted backup copies age out on the providers’ normal backup cycles, generally within 30 days.
