1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Candle Studios LLC (Washington, USA), which operates Tripmojo (“Tripmojo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the Tripmojo apps, website, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Tripmojo

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • Notify us promptly at contact@tripmojo.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to share.
  • Attempt to access accounts, trips, or data that aren't yours, or to probe, scan, or breach the Service's security.
  • Disrupt the Service, overload our infrastructure, or use bots/scrapers except as we expressly permit.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the trips, documents, messages, and other content you add to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Tripmojo a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and the people you share a trip with.

When you add people to a trip, Your Content for that trip becomes visible to them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you upload.

6. AI features

Tripmojo uses automated and AI systems to read forwarded emails and documents, extract booking details, suggest plans, and organise your trips. These features can be wrong or incomplete. Always verify important details — dates, times, confirmation numbers, visa/entry requirements — against the original source and the provider directly. AI output is a convenience, not professional travel, legal, or financial advice.

7. Bookings and third-party services

Tripmojo helps you organise travel information. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell flights, hotels, or other travel products. Your bookings are contracts between you and the relevant airline, hotel, or provider, governed by their terms. Tripmojo is not responsible for those providers, their pricing, cancellations, delays, or for any link we surface (for example, an airline check-in page).

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, and content we provide — is owned by Tripmojo and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms. These Terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Service availability and changes

We're constantly improving the Service and may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We don't guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripmojo and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, bookings, or travel arrangements, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Tripmojo, other users, or third parties. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless mandatory local law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
