Global Entry Enrollment Center

Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. CBP opens the Global Entry calendar with new availability on the first of every month. Additionally, Global Entry applicants have the availability to finalize their application process once they are conditionally approved by using the Global Entry Enrollment on Arrival process. Global Entry kiosks are located in the federal inspection area of Customs Arrivals in Terminal A-West on the 3rd Floor. By appointments only, call to schedule an appointment.

Lactation Suite/Mamava Pod

Lactation Suites will be replaced by Mamava Pods. Mamava is a 4-foot by 8-foot self-contained, mobile pod, with comfortable benches, a fold-down table, an electrical outlet and a door that can be locked for privacy. Mamava Pods are located post-security and are available at no charge. Download the Mamava app to receive notifications when you're in the immediate vicinity of the pod, to unlock the room, and to monitor the availability status.

PHL Airport now offers a Quiet Room for those who desire a place for solitude or prayer. The 315-square foot room contains two open areas separated by frosted glass for semi-privacy. Each area features built-in wooden benches and a circular rug inset within the floor. The Quiet Room contains a foot bath for those passengers who require cleansing before prayer. Also, the space features visual design accents throughout the room known as Floating Prayer Seeds or dandelion seeds.
