Automated External Defibrillators (AED)

52 AED cabinets can be found throughout SJC. Cabinets include an AED device, a rescue kit with essential supplies such as a CPR mask and trauma shears, emergency kits with naloxone (Narcan) for opioid overdoses and STOP THE BLEED kits for bleeding control. California’s Good Samaritan Law protects those who use these life-saving resources during medical emergencies.

Bike Racks & Lockers

Pedestrian and Bicycle access is available via Airport Parkway and the marked crosswalks across Airport Boulevard. In the interest of safety, there is no direct pedestrian or bike access via Skyport Drive. The Guadalupe River Trail can be accessed via Airport Parkway. Bicyclists are required to stay on official roadways and bike trails. Both bicyclists and pedestrians should observe all traffic regulations and signs and exercise extreme caution at all times. Drivers on Airport roads are focused on locating their flights and terminals and might not be aware of the presence of bicyclists and pedestrians. SJC offers convenient bike racks and lockers at both Terminals for secure and easy storage. Racks : Terminal A : Rack 1: located on the curb at the entrance to Hourly Lot 2 . Rack 2: located on the curb outside of the sliding doors at the south end of Terminal A baggage claim. Terminal B : located on the curb left to the entrance of Hourly Lot 3 ( Rental Car Center /Terminal B Public Parking Garage). Lockers : Terminal A : located inside Hourly Lot 2 next to the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at the south end of Terminal A baggage claim. Terminal B : located on the curb left of the entrance of Hourly Lot 3 ( Rental Car Center /Terminal B Parking Garage). How to use BikeLink lockers: Purchase your BikeLink card or download the BikeLink app here . Note: Cards cost $20 and may take up to 5 business days for delivery; locker access via the BikeLink app is instant. Once you have a card or the app downloaded, insert your BikeLink smart card into the card slot or launch the BikeLink app. Follow the on-screen directions to put time on the meter and open the door. Please note that there is a 5-day maximum limit. An hourly charge of 5 cents is deducted, with unused time refunded. Park your bike inside, close the door. When you return to retrieve your bike, open the door by re-inserting your smart card into the slot or launching the app again.

Children's Play Area – Zoom Zone

Designed and built by the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, Zoom Zone is a 600 square foot educational and interactive play area for young children. The space features objects and creatures that fly and teaches kids about the roles that air, wind and wings play in flight. Zoom Zone is located in Terminal B near Gates 24 and 25.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

The Airport currently provides ChargePoint CT 4000, dual chargers, supplying up to 7.2kW over standard SAE J1772 (IEC Type 1) connections. Five charging stations, serving nine vehicles, are located in Hourly Lot 5 next to Terminal B and three charging stations, serving six vehicles, in Terminal A Garage ( Lot 2 ). All are free to use on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular parking fees of the associated parking lot apply. Vehicle charging is only permitted in designated parking spaces using the provided equipment. Customers may not use their own charging equipment. Vehicles parked in EV stalls without actively charging may be cited. The Airport offers complimentary jump-starts for customers whose vehicles have a dead battery. Please call 408-441-5570 or 56# from any courtesy phone for this service. Courtesy phones are located throughout the terminals and baggage claim areas and in each of the bus shelters in the parking lots. Locate a charging station using the ChargePoint Map Finder .

SJC Airport offers complimentary mobility assistance to help make your journey through the terminals easier and more comfortable. Availability, dates, and times may vary. Courtesy Carts Available in Terminal B, our Courtesy Carts provide a quick and convenient ride through the terminal for passengers who may need extra assistance getting to or from their gate. Each cart can accommodate up to six passengers – or a mix of passengers and luggage. Friendly drivers are on hand to help you navigate the airport with ease, especially during peak travel periods. Blueberry Autonomous Chairs SJC also offers Blueberry Autonomous Chairs – self-driving, accessible chairs designed to give passengers more independence while traveling. With easy touchscreen controls, these innovative chairs can transport you through the terminals at a comfortable pace, offering a hands-free mobility option. Both services are free of charge and available on a limited, rotating basis depending on operational needs. ReadySTATION® - Cash to Card Kiosks

ReadyStation ® is a self-service kiosk that converts US currency into payment network branded, non-reloadable debit cards for passenger/public use. Kiosks are in the ticketing lobbies of Terminals A and B. Please note SJC does not have currency exchange services available on-site. However, many banks provide currency exchange services. One nearby option is Currency Exchange International , located at the Great Mall in Milpitas, approximately 8 miles from the airport. Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead for their currency needs.
