Still have a question? Contact supportYes. Use a stable Wi-Fi connection to scan the QR and download the eSIM before your flight. Leave the new eSIM line switched off until you reach a covered destination; its data validity begins when it first connects and starts using data there.
Switch on the eSIM, select it for mobile data and enable Data Roaming for that line. Give the local network a few minutes to connect. If it does not, turn Airplane Mode on and off once—or restart your phone—to trigger a fresh connection.
Yes. Keep your primary SIM selected for calls and messages, and choose the Tripmojo eSIM for mobile data. Your WhatsApp number stays the same. Turn off mobile-data switching and data roaming on your primary SIM if you want to avoid home-carrier roaming charges.
Your phone must support eSIM and be network-unlocked. On iPhone, look for “Add eSIM” under Cellular or Mobile Data. On Android, look under SIM Manager or Network & Internet. Carrier-locked phones may reject a travel eSIM even when the model supports it.
Yes—turn on Data Roaming for the travel eSIM itself. That lets it use the supported partner networks at your destination. You can keep roaming turned off on your primary SIM.
Yes. You can share the eSIM's data through your phone's Personal Hotspot or Wi-Fi Hotspot settings. Any connected device uses data from the same plan allowance.
Each plan card shows the network generations it supports. Actual speed and signal depend on the local partner network, coverage, congestion and your exact location—just like a local physical SIM.
