DISAGREEMENT/UNCERTAINTY: the card page claims 2 domestic visits per quarter + 2 international per annum, while the issuer-hosted programme guide it links to (https://bankofbaroda.bank.in/-/media/Project/BOB/CountryWebsites/India/pdfs2/2024/24-09/BOB-EaseMyTrip-Platinum-Debit-card-programme-27-23, 17pp, dated 2024-09) identifies the card as a RuPay *Platinum* variant. NPCI's own RuPay Platinum debit programme circular could not be retrieved (npci.org.in and rupay.co.in return Akamai 403 to every client tried), so the Platinum network baseline is unverified and the 2/quarter figure rests solely on the issuer's card page. Also note the two RuPay Select BOB cards carry a Rs.5,000 previous-quarter spend gate w.e.f. 03.11.2025; no such gate is stated for this card, which may simply be un-updated page copy. The page's own hyperlink to the lounge list is broken (relative path /personal-banking/.../www.rupay.co.in/lounges); the printed text is www.rupay.co.in/lounges. rupay.co.in itself returns 403 to automated clients, so the list was not independently opened.
