Rs.60,000 in the preceding quarterly spend cycle (21-Jun/20-Sep -> access 01-Oct/31-Dec, etc.)

Guests

Guests allowed but always paid - 'primary cardholder can bring guest at domestic/international lounge as per the applicable rates & taxes per visit for each guest'. Zero complimentary guest visits.

Beyond your quota

Rs.2 validation swipe per complimentary domestic visit (non-refundable). Beyond the quota the lounge's own fee plus taxes is charged to the card, varying by lounge. For complimentary international visits the lounge charge is debited and reimbursed within 30 days.

Add-on cards

No - add-on cardholders are not eligible for lounge benefits from 1 Oct 2025. Add-on spends DO count toward the primary cardholder's quarterly spend gate.

Issuer notes

Corroborated verbatim on the product pages /celesta-credit-card and /visa-celesta-credit-card: '2 International Lounge access in a year without any spend criteria. For Domestic Lounge access, spend INR 60,000 or more in a quarter to enjoy 2 visits in the next quarter.' The international benefit has NO spend gate. Federal's credit-card lounge T&C page states the credit programme runs till 31-Mar-2026 (extendable), a year shorter than the debit programme's 31-Mar-2027. Cardholder must self-identify as a 'LoungeKey' member at the international lounge. This is the card already present in the TravelInfo prod DB as 'Federal Celesta CC'.
