Spend condition

none - Federal's matrix records the spend threshold as 'NA' for all Celesta debit variants

Guests

Guests paid at the lounge's own rates plus taxes. The only complimentary non-cardholder entitlement is the minor member of the account (1 domestic per quarter, 4 international per year) - this exists ONLY on the Celesta debit variants.

Beyond your quota

Rs.2 validation swipe per complimentary domestic visit (non-refundable). Past the quota the lounge's own fee plus taxes is charged to the account. Complimentary international visits are charged at the lounge and reimbursed within 30 days.

Issuer notes

The only Federal debit cards with NO spend gate. Corroborated on /celesta-personal-contactless-debit-card ('Four complimentary international lounge access per year, 8 domestic lounge access (two per quarter)') and /visa-celesta-contactless-cards. Cardholder must identify as a 'LoungeKey' member at international lounges. Federal's domestic list flags three lounges as 'Applicable only for Celesta Card Holders' (Oberoi Lounge T2 Mumbai, 080 VIP Arrival BLR T2, 080 Domestic Lounge VIP BLR T1).
