Verbatim from the issuer page: 'Unlock unlimited domestic lounge, complimentary dining, shopping or spa by spending Rs.20,000 every preceding month.' The only unlimited domestic lounge benefit in the Federal range and the only monthly (not quarterly) spend gate. Not covered by Federal's lounge-programme page, which names only Signet, Imperio and Celesta on the credit side, so this card does not ride Federal's 69-lounge participating list. INTERNATIONAL IS UNSOURCED, NOT ZERO: Federal's Scapia page publishes a zero-forex-markup benefit but makes no international lounge claim; the Scapia MITC (v11, 30-Apr-2026) contains no occurrence of the word 'lounge' at all, and the Scapia cardholder agreement (v13, 20-Jun-2026) is an image-only PDF with no text layer, so it could not be searched. Recorded as not published rather than 0.
