Service guide dated 23-28 Jul 2026: 'Avail 3 Complimentary airport lounge visits annually - 2 complimentary domestic lounge visits limited to one usage every 6 calendar months; and 1 complimentary international lounge visit w.e.f. 1st September 2026'. CONTRADICTION on HSBC's own site: the lounge-access article page (/credit-cards/airport-lounge-access-credit-card/) still answers 'You'll receive 4 complimentary domestic airport lounge visits per year' for Live+; the product page, T&C and service guide all say 2 domestic + 1 international from 1 Sep 2026, so the article FAQ is stale. Card was renamed from HSBC Cashback Credit Card per HSBC news release dated 12 Jul 2024 (about.hsbc.bank.in), which stated 'The Live+ credit card offers four complimentary domestic airport lounge' visits - i.e. 4 domestic was the 2024-2026 quota and the FAQ page simply predates the 1 Sep 2026 change to 2 domestic + 1 international.
