Issuer notes

Lounge T&C PDF dated 17 Mar 2026 (created 9 Feb 2026), both domestic and international 'program is applicable till 31 December 2026'. CONTRADICTION inside HSBC's own documents: the service guide dated 16 Feb 2026 says 'Customers will get four complimentary lounge access, one per quarter' (4/yr) while the page and the Mar-2026 T&C say 8/yr (2 per quarter) + 2 international; the T&C is the later and more specific document and matches the page. RuPay service guide also notes international 3DS e-commerce is otherwise disabled on the card but 'only international Lounge Access facility will be available'.
