Rs.10,000 of POS/e-commerce spend in the preceding spends quarter (the Annexure III grid prints 0, but the Sapphiro family was brought under the Rs.10,000 criterion from 01 July 2026)

All accompanying children/guests (where the lounge permits) pay the full lounge fee unless otherwise stated

ICICI publishes no excess-visit fee - beyond the quota the lounge operator's own rate applies; Rs.2 validation swipe at entry on Visa/Mastercard debit cards
