Annexure 1 rows 38-42 of ICICI's consolidated domestic lounge list (Sept 2026 revision). CORRECTION to a common misreading: the card is 4 per quarter in total, not 2. Sapphiro is issued as a dual-card pair and Annexure 1 reads "Dual card - 2 each", i.e. 2 on each plastic summing to 4; standalone Sapphiro Visa (row 42) is 4. ICICI states the benefit "will be equally distributed amongst both the variants" for dual Rubyx and Sapphiro holders. Gate and primary-only rule both apply, as the brief's premise assumed. International: 2 complimentary visits per YEAR via Priority Pass, primary only. The Rs.75,000 quarterly gate is DOMESTIC-only and does not condition the international visits.
