"Starting April 2026, Domestic Lounge benefit will be available for the quarter only if you maintain the required Average Monthly Balance (AMB) in your account for all three months of the previous quarter... The AMB maintenance criteria will be checked for each month and will not be cumulative over the quarter." (Domestic-lounge-Terms-and-Conditions.pdf). Card page footnote: "*Lounge benefit availability is subject to maintaining the required balance as per the terms and conditions of your account variant." This is a BALANCE gate, not a spend gate; the bank does not publish the AMB rupee amount in the lounge T&C - it varies by savings-account variant. No monthly/quarterly spend condition is published.

Domestic: cardholder + one accompanied companion, 4 visits each per calendar quarter (4+4); "For lounge benefits extended to companions, the companion should be accompanied by the card holder. The benefit cannot be extended without the cardholder themselves being present." International: cardholder only (6); guests and add-on cardholders are charged USD 35 equivalent per person per visit. Extra guests permitted at additional cost.

Domestic: "Visits exceeding the complimentary access quota will be chargeable by the lounge at prevailing rate and billed to the card holder. Access will be provided basis successful debit only." Every domestic entry also carries a refundable INR 2 authentication charge. International (LoungeKey): "If you utilized all your complimentary access or you are accompanied by a guest (including addon cardholders) during any of your overseas lounge visits, an access charge of INR equivalent of USD 35 per person will be levied to your linked account." A USD 35 authorisation is levied on every intl visit and reversed within 10 working days when complimentary access remains.

ISSUER-DOCUMENT DEFECT: the Private page's lounge blurb says "Services in your FIRST Wealth Debit Card include - fax, internet and Wi-Fi services" - a copy-paste error from the Wealth page; the numeric entitlements on the same page are Private-specific and consistent with the T&C PDF table. The AMB gate is dated "Starting April 2026" and is therefore already in force as of retrieval (2026-09-16).
