Beyond your quota

Entry Type 2 - paid entry at the price displayed by the lounge, paid directly at the lounge; every entry is validated by a nominal swipe of Rs.2 (Visa) or Rs.25 (Mastercard) and free entry is denied if the swipe is not approved. Priority Pass: up to USD 35 per person per visit billed to the credit card once complimentary visits are exhausted, and from visit one at any lounge inside India; LoungeKey usage fee up to USD 35 per person per visit after complimentary visits (MITC)

Issuer notes

CONTRADICTION between issuer documents on the international count: the product page (read 18-Sep-2026) and the Heritage Benefit Guide (PDF created 11-Mar-2026: 'unlimited complimentary access to domestic lounges' and 'unlimited complimentary lounge access across the globe') say unlimited for the current card, while the Priority Pass Membership and Lounge Access Information sheet (PDF created 23-Dec-2025, no printed date) gives 'Pioneer Heritage 2 in a calendar quarter' and reserves 'Unlimited' for 'Pioneer Metal Heritage'. The page adds that 'W.e.f 1st April 26, renewals, replacements and new issuances of the metal variant ... will be replaced with a plastic variant', so the metal/plastic split in the PP sheet no longer maps onto what is issued. Recorded per the product page; treat the erstwhile-variant figure of 2 per quarter as the floor. Domestic list: page links Airport-Lounge-Access-Program.pdf, whose first list names Pioneer Heritage (Airport-Lounge-Access-Program.pdf carries no printed issue date; PDF created 01-Sep-2026 and it references the Calicut lounge closure of 26-Jun-2026). The older tnc-pioneer-heritage-lounge-program.html page is a Mastercard-network programme that reads 'Offer Valid till 31st March 2024' and is superseded.
