Indian Bank RuPay Platinum Credit Card

Indian Bank's own 'Credit Card Features and Benefits' sheet states only 'Airport Lounge Access: Yes' for the RuPay Platinum card - no visit count, no spend gate, no lounge list. Checked and found NO lounge detail in: the credit-cards product page (indianbank.bank.in/en/credit-cards1), the credit card MITC (documents/d/guest/MITC-FINAL, 10pp), the credit-card application form + MITC (8pp) and the Indian Bank One co-branded MITC (30pp). Access is the NPCI RuPay Common Lounge Access programme, which is DOMESTIC-ONLY and worth nothing at a foreign airport; there is no Priority Pass / LoungeKey / Diners / DragonPass entitlement, so intl_visits is 0. The NPCI tier ladder (previous-quarter spend -> visit quota, administered via the RuPay Benefit Management System) could NOT be sourced: npci.org.in and rupay.co.in return only a page title to WebFetch and are blocked to curl, and no issuer hosts a copy of the RuPay CREDIT-card lounge circular. The one issuer-hosted NPCI circular found (NPCI/2025-26/RuPay/036, via canarabank.bank.in) is explicitly 'RuPay Debit Card - Platinum and Select' (Rs.5,000/quarter -> 1 domestic lounge/quarter) and must NOT be applied to this credit card. Tier ladder therefore recorded as not published rather than asserted from aggregators.
