Same position as the RuPay Platinum row: the issuer sheet says only 'Airport Lounge Access: Yes' (contrast the RuPay Classic card in the same table, which reads 'This card does not include Lounge Access'). Card carries add-on cards up to 4, but the sheet does not say add-ons get lounge access. RuPay lounge access is DOMESTIC-ONLY, so intl_visits is 0. NPCI tier ladder unsourceable from the issuer or from NPCI/RuPay directly (both Akamai-blocked); the only issuer-hosted NPCI lounge circular retrievable (NPCI/2025-26/RuPay/036) covers DEBIT Platinum/Select only.
