Kotak does NOT ride the Visa India or Mastercard India network lounge lists - it runs its own issuer programme split into Sets A/B/C (plus a separate Zen/Privy-League list), and the network on the card is irrelevant to which set applies. Issuer FAQ is explicit that this card has NO spend gate: 'No. There is no eligibility criterion for lounge access on the card. Customers can avail 2 domestic lounge visits per calendar quarter.' That makes it one of only a handful of Kotak cards without a quarterly spend criterion. International: the card is absent from the international-access variant list in the lounge MITC, so zero. CAVEAT: the current Domestic Lounge List PDF names 'Indigo Premium, Indigo 6E Rewards XL' in Set B (22 lounges) and does not yet carry the post-rebrand name 'IndiGo Kotak XL', although the card page links that same PDF as its lounge list - i.e. two issuer documents are out of step on the product name, not on the entitlement.
