4 complimentary guest visits a year per primary cardholder - 2 domestic and 2 international; guest must be added in the same transaction as the cardholder's own entry. Beyond that, guests are charged (domestic rate varies by lounge, international USD 35)

Invite-only. One of only TWO Kotak cards whose lounge access extends to add-on cardholders (the other is White Reserve) - the lounge MITC says so explicitly: 'Only the Primary cardholder is eligible for lounge access under this program (except for White Reserve, and Solitaire Credit Cards)'. Also the only card with a free guest allowance: the MITC waives domestic guest charges up to 2 guests/year and international guest charges up to 2 guests/year. Set A + the five-lounge extension list. No spend gate. Even here Priority Pass adds nothing inside India - the domestic side is carried entirely by Kotak's own list.
