Benefit is published by the fintech (Gokiwi Tech Pvt Ltd), not by the issuing bank: 'Kiwi Neon Membership Programme - Effective from 1st February 2025', eligibility 'customers who have a Credit Card issued via Kiwi App since 4th July 2024'. Passes are claimed 'by scanning the boarding pass via the app', carry a QR code, and are valid 6 months from unlock. Kiwi's Rewards Policy (gokiwi.in/rewards-policy-v2/) still lists Neon as current alongside the cashback-only 'Kiwi Boost Membership Programme - Effective from 29th June 2026', which carries no lounge benefit. Kiwi's own lounge guide names the partner cards as 'Kiwi RuPay Credit Card (PNB / AU / YES Bank Partners)' with 'Up to 3 domestic airport lounge visits per year (via Neon Membership)'.
