Beyond your quota

Domestic: charged at the lounge's regular access rates once the complimentary quota is used (the POS transaction declines); Priority Pass: USD 27 + applicable taxes per visit (cardholder and guest) after the complimentary quota

Priority Pass is primary-cardholder only; add-on cards are not eligible. Domestic quota is per card account, not published as extended to add-ons
