Spend condition

Programme-criteria based, not a card spend gate. YES First / YES First Business / YES Premia: meet the programme criteria for TWO consecutive quarters to unlock complimentary lounge in the third; YES Prosperity: spend INR 5,000 (POS/e-com/contactless) in the current quarter. Either way the cut-off is the 15th of the last month of the quarter (15 Mar / 15 Jun / 15 Sep / 15 Dec). Criteria: YES First - AMB INR 10 lakh OR NRV INR 40 lakh OR net salary credit INR 3 lakh/month OR loan relationship; YES First Business - AMB INR 5 lakh OR NRV INR 40 lakh OR working-capital sanctioned limit INR 1 crore OR trade/forex throughput; YES Premia - AMB INR 2 lakh OR NRV INR 10 lakh OR net salary credit INR 1.5 lakh/month OR loan relationship. New account holders are exempt for 3 months from account opening. NOTE the carve-out: the Apex, Elevate/Image Elevate and Enhance BINs are listed as 'Excluded upgrade cards and BINs' and are NOT subject to this criteria gate. YES First Business criteria apply to this card.
