ROUTING EXCEPTION. The Elevate Debit Card T&C states its lounge benefit as 'Once per quarter under the Visa Lounge Program' and the card as 'Powered by Visa' - the only YES BANK debit card whose domestic lounge access runs on the network's programme rather than YES BANK's own. The fee schedule prices it as a YES Premia programme card (INR 1,249, waived on programme criteria) and separately as an Aura-tier upgrade (INR 2,649). Card variant does not appear in the BIN-level 'List of International Lounges (Card variant wise)' table of YES BANK's Debit Card International Lounge Program, so it carries no complimentary international visits.
