Runs on Orange Mali - up to 4G in Mali

When does your trip start?

Select your travel dates so we can size the plan - buying today wastes nothing.

Does your phone support eSIM?

Note: your eSIM's validity starts on the day you install or activate it on your phone.

Works, or 100% refunded. If it will not install or cannot get you online in Mali, you get every rupee back. How it works

Starts counting only when you connect in Mali.

What does the Mali eSIM include?

  • Prepaid data eSIM for Mali - a digital SIM your phone downloads from a QR code.
  • No documents, no KYC: pay by card and the eSIM is yours. Nothing to upload, nobody to visit.
  • Validity (1–30 days across plans) starts when the eSIM first connects at your destination - not when you pay.
  • Hotspot / tethering is supported; connected devices share the plan's allowance.
  • Data only: keep your regular SIM active for calls and texts, and WhatsApp keeps working on your usual number.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens after you pay

01

Pay by card or UPI

Takes about a minute. No documents, no KYC, no store visit - you are only charged once the eSIM is issued.

02

Get your QR in seconds

It appears on screen the moment payment clears, and a private copy lands in your email.

03

Install before you fly

At home on Wi-Fi: Settings → Add eSIM → scan the QR. Leave the new line switched OFF until you travel.

04

Switch it on when you land

Turn the line on with Data Roaming enabled. Your validity starts here - not on the day you paid.

WHY BUY FROM TRIPMOJO

Built for the moment you land

Two minutes, start to QR

Pick a plan, pay, scan. The QR appears on screen instantly and lands in your inbox as a backup.

Nothing is wasted

Your plan's validity begins when the eSIM first connects at your destination. Buy now, board, and it's waiting when you touch down.

Install from anywhere

Your regular 4G/5G or any Wi-Fi works - it's a tiny download. Set it up at home or at the gate, keep the eSIM off, flip it on when you land.

Charged only after it's issued

Your card is held, not charged, at checkout. We take the payment only after your eSIM is actually issued - never before.

Still have a question? Contact support
Can I install my eSIM before I travel?

Yes - and it's the smart move. Any internet connection works for the install: your regular SIM's 4G/5G at home or at the airport, or any Wi-Fi. Scan the QR, let the small download finish, and leave the new eSIM line switched off until you reach a covered destination; its data validity begins when it first connects and starts using data there. (Only if you install AFTER landing, with no working SIM, would you need Wi-Fi.)

What should I do when I land?

Switch on the eSIM, select it for mobile data and enable Data Roaming for that line. Give the local network a few minutes to connect. If it does not, turn Airplane Mode on and off once - or restart your phone - to trigger a fresh connection.

Will my regular number and WhatsApp still work?

Yes. Keep your primary SIM selected for calls and messages, and choose the Tripmojo eSIM for mobile data. Your WhatsApp number stays the same. Turn off mobile-data switching and data roaming on your primary SIM if you want to avoid home-carrier roaming charges.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Your phone must support eSIM and be network-unlocked. On iPhone, look for "Add eSIM" under Cellular or Mobile Data. On Android, look under SIM Manager or Network & Internet. Carrier-locked phones may reject a travel eSIM even when the model supports it.

Do I need to turn on Data Roaming?

Yes - turn on Data Roaming for the travel eSIM itself. That lets it use the supported partner networks at your destination. You can keep roaming turned off on your primary SIM.

Can I use a hotspot or tether another device?

Yes. You can share the eSIM's data through your phone's Personal Hotspot or Wi-Fi Hotspot settings. Any connected device uses data from the same plan allowance.

Will I always get 4G or 5G?

Each plan card shows the network generations it supports. Actual speed and signal depend on the local partner network, coverage, congestion and your exact location - just like a local physical SIM.

Where will I receive the QR code?

We show it immediately on the confirmation screen and send a private copy to the email address entered at checkout, together with manual installation details. Save that email; most activation QR codes are designed to be installed on one device.

How will I get my bank OTPs in Mali?

Keep your Indian SIM in the phone with international roaming enabled and Data Roaming switched off. Incoming SMS is free on roaming with most Indian operators, so OTPs arrive on your Indian number while the TripMojo eSIM handles data. Some prepaid plans need a small activation pack first; check your operator's app before you fly.

Do I need to remove my Indian SIM to use the TripMojo eSIM?

No. The eSIM is a second line for data only. Your Indian SIM stays in for calls, SMS and OTPs.

Will my Indian SIM be charged while I use the eSIM for data?

Not if Data Roaming is off on the Indian SIM and you do not make calls or send SMS from it. Receiving SMS is free on roaming with most operators. Confirm the rules for your plan in your operator's app.

Does the TripMojo eSIM give me a phone number?

No. It is mobile data only. WhatsApp, UPI apps, Maps and ride-hailing work on it because they use data, and your WhatsApp stays on your Indian number.

Which setting do I change on my phone?

Settings > Mobile / Cellular > set Mobile Data to the TripMojo eSIM, keep your Indian SIM as the default for calls and SMS, and turn Data Roaming off for the Indian SIM. Exact menu names vary by phone; the QR email links to step-by-step screens for iPhone and Android.
