How the visa works for a Luxembourg passport

Confirm it there before concluding you are ineligible and going looking for a consular visa you do not need.

The immigration service points e-VoA holders at the online portal and directs holders of a counter-bought visa to the nearest immigration office, but read that as where the application is lodged rather than a promise that the online route never requires you to appear: extensions have involved an in-person biometric step, so check the current instructions before planning around doing it from a laptop. Either way 60 days is the ceiling on this route, and there is no second extension.

- The list is in Indonesian, and that is what defeats people rather than any gap in it. All 97 entries are named individually, with no collective lines for the European Union or anyone else, so your country is either there or it is not. Luxembourg is there as Luksemburg, sitting between Lithuania and Maladewa. - Sixty days is the hard ceiling and the second thirty is not automatic. The extension is granted once, at designated immigration offices inside Indonesia, and it costs the same as the visa did. If your trip is planned at more than two months, the visa on arrival is the wrong instrument and you want a visitor visa arranged before travelling instead.
- The Bali levy is not the visa and paying one does not cover the other. Bali charges arriving foreign visitors a provincial tourism levy that is collected separately from anything immigration does. It is small, it is paid to the province, and travellers regularly assume the visa fee included it. Budget for both if Bali is the destination rather than a connection.
